This Risk & Legal Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") provides a detailed, non-exhaustive overview of the significant risks associated with using the ZONA.MA platform, interacting with its Smart Contracts, and holding its associated Digital Assets ("Sectors" and "$CLR" tokens).
The field of digital assets is nascent, highly speculative, and involves a high degree of risk. By accessing or using any part of the ZONA.MA Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all risks outlined in this Disclaimer. You agree that Authentic Web Media Agency ("the Company") has provided you with sufficient warning of these risks.
You acknowledge and agree that you are using the Service at your own risk. The risks associated with Digital Assets are substantial. You should, therefore, carefully consider whether holding or transacting with Digital Assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You accept that you are solely responsible for any and all losses that may result from your use of the Service.
The value of Digital Assets, including Sectors (NFTs) and $CLR tokens, can be subject to extreme price volatility. Prices can and do fluctuate significantly, which could result in a substantial or total loss of the value of your assets. There is no guarantee that any Digital Asset will maintain or increase in value.
Sectors, as Non-Fungible Tokens, may have limited liquidity. There is no guarantee that a market will exist for you to sell your Sector at your desired price, or at all. You may be unable to liquidate your investment for a long period of time.
Transactions on the Blockchain are irreversible. An erroneous transaction, such as sending assets to the wrong address, will result in the permanent and irretrievable loss of those assets. We have no ability to reverse or refund any transactions.
The platform may offer features like "Mining Modules." The performance, yield, or rewards from such features are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on network conditions, protocol rules, and market dynamics. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The ZONA.MA protocol is based on Smart Contracts deployed on a public Blockchain. While we have our code audited by third parties, there is an inherent risk of vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits in the code that could be targeted by malicious actors, potentially resulting in the loss or theft of your Digital Assets.
The underlying Blockchain network could be subject to failures, forks, rollbacks, or attacks (such as a 51% attack). Such events are outside our control and could radically alter the protocol's operation and the value of your assets.
You are solely responsible for the security of the Wallet you use to interact with our Service. The loss or compromise of your private keys will result in the permanent loss of your Digital Assets. We do not have access to and cannot recover your private keys or your assets. You must take extreme care in securing your Wallet.
The underlying protocols of Digital Assets may be subject to sudden changes in operating rules ("Forks"). We are under no obligation to support a Fork and may decide to do so at our sole discretion. Attempting to send unsupported assets to your Wallet through our platform may result in their permanent loss.
The legal and regulatory status of Digital Assets, NFTs, and blockchain technology is unclear and unsettled in many jurisdictions. Future legislative and regulatory changes could severely impact the use, transfer, exchange, and value of your Digital Assets.
You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations arising from your transactions. The Company does not provide any tax advice and is not responsible for reporting your tax liabilities.
The use of the Service may be prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws.
The ZONA.MA Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or information on the platform, including asset prices, transaction histories, or other metrics.
Sectors may be configured to redirect to third-party websites or display third-party content ("Architect Mode"). We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any such third-party content. Your interaction with it is solely at your own risk.
You represent that you have sufficient knowledge and experience in business and financial matters, particularly concerning Digital Assets, to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of your decisions. You are not relying on the Company for any such evaluation.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all your actions and omissions and for all gains and losses sustained from your use of the ZONA.MA protocol.
