Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a Hex-DNS domain name via ZONA.MA Network or its accredited franchised resellers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Hex-DNS is an experimental addressing protocol complementing the standard DNS infrastructure.

2. Registration & Ownership

The registration of a Hex-DNS code grants you exclusive routing rights on the ZONA Network API for the duration of the subscription (Standard: 1 Year). Ownership is contingent upon the payment of the annual fee. ZONA reserves the right to suspend any domain used for illicit activities.

3. KYC and Anti-Phishing Policy

To prevent Typosquatting and Phishing, ZONA enforces a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. The "Verified Identity" provided during registration will be publicly displayed in the Hex-DNS Chrome Extension. Providing false corporate identity data is grounds for immediate domain revocation without refund.

4. Pure Colors & Premium Auctions

Pure Hexadecimal codes (e.g., #000000, #FFFFFF, #FF0000) and highly sought-after brand colors may be classified as "Premium" and subjected to public auction or specific corporate vetting prior to registration allocation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Hex-DNS infrastructure relies on client-side resolution (browser extensions). ZONA is not responsible if a user's browser does not have the extension installed or if network latency affects the API routing speed.
